Eastern Ontario Landlord Association (EOLA):

The Eastern Ontario Landlord Association is comprised of landlords and building managers from the Eastern Ontario region, Ottawa , and surrounding areas. WHEN has been working with the EOLA since 2007on the issue of portable shelter subsides (rent supplements).

Feminist Alliance for International Action (FAFIA):

The Feminist Alliance for International Action is a coalition of over 75 Canadian women's equality seeking groups and related organizations. WHEN has worked with FAFIA on a number of issues including shadow report submissions to the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women. One of our WHEN members sits on the board of FAFIA and other members also participate in FAFIA activities.

National Liberal Women's Caucus:

The National Liberal Women's Caucus is a group dedicated to increasing the political representation and participation of women across Canada and to push for more progressive and beneficial policies for women. The Liberal Women's Caucus released the Pink Book Volume 1 and 2 which is a series of policy recommendations for Canada on pressing social and economic issues facing women and their families in Canada . WHEN developed the housing recommendations of the pink book and continues to serve as a resource to the Liberal Women's Caucus on issues surrounding women's poverty and housing.

B.C Women's CEDAW Group:

The B.C Women's CEDAW Group is a collective of academics and organizations who developed and submitted a report to the Committee on the Convention of the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women for the review of British Columbia and how the province is upholding women's equality rights. WHEN compiled the housing section for the report and continues to work with the group on instances surrounding the release of the concluding observations from the CEDAW committee.

The Ad Hoc Women's Coalition for Equality is comprised of individuals and organizations working to promote and secure women's equality rights in Canada . Their efforts have included taking action against the cancellation of the child care agreements with the provinces, cancellation of the Court Challenges Program, and changes to the mandate of Status of Women Canada. WHEN has worked alongside with the coalition on a number of issues, and offers itself as a resource on topics related to women's housing, discrimination, and poverty.
